Overview
ProphetKey respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that material hosted on www.prophetkey.com or distributed through our software infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice using the process below.
Submitting a Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, please provide a written communication containing: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough information to allow us to locate it; (4) your contact information (address, telephone number, and email); (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Where to Send It
Send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent at legal@prophetkey.com. Please use the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". We respond to valid takedown notices promptly, typically within a few business days.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it previously appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district. Send counter-notifications to legal@prophetkey.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification".
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeatedly infringing on third-party copyrights.
