Who Operates ProphetKey
ProphetKey is developed and operated by an independent developer. We are a small independent software project. You can reach us at support@prophetkey.com.
What We Provide
ProphetKey gives you encrypted API key management, a local security proxy, and related tools. It runs on your device — we provide the software, not a service.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans (Sentinel, Guardian, Prophet) are billed monthly through Creem.io. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Creem.io account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@prophetkey.com for a full refund. Refund requests after the 7-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed through Creem.io and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
As-Is Disclaimer
ProphetKey is provided as-is. We use industry-standard encryption (XChaCha20-Poly1305 + Argon2id), but no system is perfect. You are responsible for safeguarding your master password — we cannot recover it for you.
Your Responsibility
Your master password is the only key to your data. Lose it, and your encrypted data is gone. We can't help you recover it. This is a feature, not a bug.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProphetKey and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the software.
Acceptable Use
Don't use ProphetKey for anything illegal. That's it.
Governing Law
Subscriptions are processed by Creem.io, our merchant of record headquartered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. These terms are therefore governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Changes to This Agreement
We may update these terms. We'll notify you through the app or email before major changes take effect.
