Getting Started with ProphetKey

Set up automatic API key injection in under 3 minutes. No copy-pasting, no manual config — keys stay on your device.

Step 1: Install ProphetKey

Download the Windows installer (v1.2.0) and run the setup:

  1. Go to www.prophetkey.com/download
  2. Click Download for Windows
  3. Run ProphetKey_1.2.0_x64-setup.exe
  4. Follow the installation wizard (WebView2 is bundled — no extra download needed)
⚠ Security note: ProphetKey uses XChaCha20-Poly1305 encryption with Argon2id key derivation. Your master password never leaves your device.

Step 2: Add Your First API Key

1. Launch ProphetKey and create a master password.

2. Click "Add Key" and paste your API key:

Set your AI tool's API endpoint to http://127.0.0.1:1421
